Description: New construction of a previously approved 2,400 SF, three-story, multi-unit commercial building on a vacant lot.

Previous ARC Recommendations:

04/23/19:

• The windows on the side elevations should be changed to operable 2-over-2 windows 

• The windows at the front elevation should be double-hung windows 

•  A 4’-0” deep porch should be added to the front of the building. 

• The roof pitch should become steeper.

03/26/19:

• Building #1 should be flipped to the other side of the lot. 

• Building #1's third floor should be removed and the second floor be elongated to create covered parking behind.

• The windows on the front elevation of Building #1 should be full height windows.

• The fan light should be removed and the middle fascia board be removed on Building #2. 

• For both Buildings #1 and #2, the first, second, and third stories should all be in the same plane at the front elevations and that contemporary fenestration should be used.
