POLICIES, RULES, AND REGULATIONS
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 3.00 PM and check-out time is at 12.00 PM.
Late check-out will incur a charge of RM30 per hour. If check-out occurs after 5.00 PM, a full night’s payment will be charged.
If there is another booking on your check-out, please ensure you vacate the property by 12.00 PM.
Security
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked and closed when sleeping or leaving the homestay.
If any damage to equipment or appliances occurs, or if any items are missing, we reserve the right to seek compensation for repairs or replacements.
Lost Items
A charge of RM20 will apply for a lost homestay key.
Making duplicate keys without our knowledge or permission is strictly prohibited.
House Rules
Homestay for Muslims and mahrams only.
Do not remove any items or equipment from the homestay without prior permission.
Please dispose of all unused food packages in the bins provided.
For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited within the homestay. If cigarette smoke or cigarette remnants are found, we reserve the right to seek compensation.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid disturbing the peace of neighbouring residents.
Non-halal food and beverages are not permitted in the homestay.
Durian and other strong-smelling foods are not allowed inside the homestay.
Parking and Vehicle Rules
Do not park your vehicle in front of the neighbour’s entrance, driveway, or other restricted areas.
Property Care
Do not engage in any illegal or immoral activities on the property.
Do not nail, scratch, or leave any stains on the walls, either inside or outside the homestay.
Before check-out, please ensure all items and equipment are returned to their original locations.
Ensure that all switches are turned off except for WiFi and refrigerator before leaving the homestay.
Guest Responsibility
All personal belongings, accidents, and safety during your stay are your responsibility. The homestay owners are not liable for any negligence by guests.
Deposit
A deposit of RM50 will be charged upon check-in. If no damage occurs during your stay, the deposit will be refunded via online transfer or in cash.
