This project aims at understanding why Andean and Nordic countries, which are both abundant in Natural Resources , have followed such a divergent development path throughout the last century. This project starts from a new perspective: NNRR endowments must not be considered a gift of nature or a lucky heritage, but the output of human investments in knowledge and technology.
