The Sacred and the Survey: Nicole Robinson PhD. has spent over 20 years as a researcher and evaluator for community organizing groups, nonprofits and foundations. As a trainer, Nicole provides training and capacity building to program staff to deepen their evaluative lens. Nicole earned her doctorate in social work from the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her dissertation engaged Black feminist ecology in the study of crime and place-based effects. She obtained a Master’s in social work and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Nicole is Black and Mexican.

Eleanor Haworth | Evaluation Associate
Data and Decisions: Eleanor (she/her) joined NNR Evaluation in January 2023 as an Evaluation Associate. Eleanor first became interested in evaluation while working as a lab assistant in the UC Davis Department of Human Ecology. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in International Agricultural Development, she worked at the City of Austin Community Gardens Program providing language access materials and culturally relevant seeds to gardeners. Eleanor is responsible for data analysis and research using softwares such as Gephi, Excel, and Tableau. She is apart of the Texas Evaluation Network.
