Reconciliation Movement started in 2012 and it is a program that recognizes trauma as a driving force in criminal behaviors, illiteracy, poverty, and division. We seek to provide social services and mental health resources by creating community platforms with non-profits, churches, and other organizations to combat abuse, neglect, and violent crimes.
Community Outreach Model
Common Reactions to Trauma creates barriers to educational and vocational achievements and increases poverty, mental illness, substance abuse, and crime. Therefore, we work alongside educational, vocational, and housing programs by providing evidence-based practices through:
1. Cost-effective solutions identifying risks and needs during registration and intake processes to be able to allocate resources accordingly based on levels of need
2. Support organizations and churches by supporting their participants or congregation in mental and emotional wellness
