Privacy Agreement

NJJMKJ (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to every user’s personal information and privacy security, and regards privacy protection as a core principle of product operation. This Privacy Agreement clearly explains how our utility application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") collects, stores, uses, shares and protects your personal information, as well as all legal rights you enjoy in respect of personal information protection.
Important Notice: Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before downloading, installing and using the Application. Your act of installation, registration and continued use constitutes your voluntary and explicit consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement. If you disagree with any terms herein, please stop using the Application immediately.
1. Information Collection Rules and Instructions
We strictly adhere to the principle of minimization and necessity. We only collect and use user information within the scope required for the normal and compliant operation of the Application, and prohibit excessive collection and improper use beyond business needs.
1.1 System Permission Application and Purpose
To ensure stable operation of functions and optimize user experience, the Application may apply for the following system permissions. All permissions correspond to actual product functions without redundant authorization:

Permission Management: You may enable or disable permissions at any time via Settings > Apps > This Application > Permissions. Disabling certain permissions may cause corresponding functions to be unavailable; please make your choice according to your needs.
1.2 Scope of Collected Information
(1) Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account Information: Username, email address and other basic information you voluntarily fill in during registration and account binding, for identity verification and account security maintenance.
User Content: Texts, files, images and other customized data you input, upload, edit and process while using the Application.
(2) Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: Automatically collect device model, system version, unique device ID, IP address and other basic parameters for device adaptation, service stability maintenance and troubleshooting.
Operation Logs: Automatically record application running logs, crash records and performance data for fault repair and product optimization.
Usage Statistics: Collect anonymous statistics on function usage frequency and operation habits only for product iteration and optimization, without associating with any personal real identity.
1.3 Sensitive Information Processing Principle
The Application does not actively collect or upload the following sensitive personal information by default: precise geographic location, contacts, SMS and call records, camera and microphone data, biometric information.
If new functions requiring sensitive permissions are launched later, we will apply for your separate authorization separately with clear function descriptions and purpose explanations. You may disable relevant permissions in device settings at any time, and we will immediately terminate the collection and processing of such sensitive information.
2. Purposes of Personal Information Usage
All collected user information shall only be used for the following legitimate and necessary service scenarios and shall never be used for irrelevant purposes:
1. Provide, maintain and iteratively optimize core functions of the Application to ensure stable service availability;
2. Complete account registration, login verification, status management and related compliant transaction processing;
3. Analyze product usage behaviors and user habits to continuously optimize product experience and functional design;
4. Push necessary service notifications, version updates and security alerts to guarantee your right to know;
5. Identify and prevent fraud and operational risks to protect your account security and legitimate rights and interests;
6. Strictly abide by national laws, regulations and regulatory requirements and fulfill compliance operation obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Integration
To enrich product capabilities and optimize service experience, the Application integrates compliant third-party tools and advertising services. Third-party organizations process user data in accordance with their independent privacy policies. We conduct compliance screening on all cooperating third parties to ensure their capability of safe and legal data processing. You are recommended to review their privacy policies for detailed data processing rules.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure Rules
We solemnly promise that we will never sell, trade or rent any of your personal information. Information may only be shared within the minimum necessary scope under the following legitimate circumstances:
1. Service Cooperation Sharing: Provide third-party SDKs with the minimum necessary data to support normal application functions and advertising services;
2. Legal Compliance Disclosure: Disclose information in accordance with laws and regulations, judicial orders and regulatory investigation requirements;
3. Business Transfer: Share necessary user data with the entity inheriting our rights and obligations under the premise of legality in case of corporate merger, acquisition or asset transfer;
4. Security Protection Necessity: Disclose information when necessary to prevent fraud risks, eliminate hidden dangers, and protect legitimate rights and interests of users and the public.
5. Data Storage and Security Protection Mechanism
Storage Location: Your personal data is mainly stored on compliant servers in Singapore, strictly abiding by local data protection laws and regulations to standardize data storage and operation processes.
Storage Period: We retain your personal information only for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill service purposes or as required by laws and regulations. When the purpose is achieved or the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your data in a timely manner.
Security Protection Measures: We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures including encrypted data transmission, hierarchical access control and regular security audits to minimize risks of information leakage, tampering and abuse.
It is hereby clarified that no Internet transmission or electronic storage method can achieve absolute security. We will fully guarantee data security, but shall not be liable for security risks caused by uncontrollable factors such as network attacks and force majeure.
6. User Legal Rights
During your use of the Application, you enjoy the following legal rights concerning personal information, and we will fully assist you in exercising them:
1. Right of Access: Enquire about your personal information retained by us and relevant usage details;
2. Right of Rectification: Request us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
3. Right of Erasure: Apply for deletion of your personal information when meeting legal and agreement conditions;
4. Right to Withdraw Consent: Disable permissions and revoke authorization in device settings at any time, and we will terminate corresponding data processing simultaneously;
5. Right of Account Cancellation: Apply for account cancellation via in-app functions or by contacting us;
6. Right of Complaint: File complaints to regulatory authorities if you believe we process personal information in violation of regulations.
You may submit rights applications through the contact information stated at the end of this Agreement. We will handle and respond promptly after identity verification.
7. Minor Privacy Protection
This Application is oriented to adult users and not intended for children under 13 years old. We will not actively collect minors’ personal information. If minor data is accidentally obtained due to negligence, we will completely delete it immediately to avoid leakage risks.
If you are a minor guardian and find that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us at any time. We will clear relevant data promptly to protect minor privacy and security.
8. Agreement Update and Modification Mechanism
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Agreement timely in accordance with legal updates, product function iteration and business adjustments. After update, the latest version and release date will be published on the announcement page. For major privacy rule changes, we will notify users prominently via in-app pop-ups and internal notifications.
Your continued use of the Application after the update constitutes recognition and acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using the Application, and we will no longer collect and process your personal information.
