Welcome to my website!

I am an applied microeconomist who specializes in health economics, labor economics and economics of education. I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at City St George's, University of London. Before joining City, I was a Research Fellow at Paris School of Economics. Between 2022 and February 2026, I was on unpaid leave from my academic post while serving as the head of the Chilean government institution dedicated to poverty reduction. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Warwick. 

Research Interests: Labor Economics, Health Economics, Economics of Education.
