7th Grade Visual Art

7th Grade Visual Art will build off what students learned in 6th grade.  The elements and principles of art will be explored deeper through art critiques, looking and talking about art, and their use in art projects.  Art projects in 7th Grade Visual Art will focus heavily on technical skills, good craftsmanship, and pushing students in their creativity.  Over the semester course we will cover drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, computer art, art vocabulary, art history, art criticism, and art appreciation.
