Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is a useful method for synthesizing various nanomaterials. Variety of nano-sized materials (1D/2D) can be directly grown and arranged, the inefficiency that occurs in the other top-down method can be effectively removed. So we are studying for synthesize of highly crystalline and aligned on substrate nano materials using CVD process for improving material properties.
