Parent Questionnaire

We acknowledge that a smooth and supportive transition to school starts well before their first day in our classrooms and thus we would like to open our lines of communication early and learn as much about your child as soon as possible before they begin. We have created a questionnaire that will assist us in planning for, and supporting, our students' needs.
