Mr. Madan Lal comes with a rich experience of 22 years in the field of education. With English and Economics as his  core subjects, his career spans over a considerable period in various capacities with many milestones to his credit.

After completing his B.A. (Economics) from Palalmpur  Degree  College, affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Univeisity ( HPU Shimla ) in 1998 , he completed his  Post Graduate Degree in Economics from  Dharamshala Degree  College, affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Univeisity ( HPU Shimla ) in 2001 ,He  completed his  Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.) from IGNOU.

Born in a village located in very peaceful area of Palampur , Himachal pradesh name of his village is kandbari situated in the lap of Dhauladhar hills. His childhood was full of struggles.  

Growing up with all these virtues, it’s not a surprise that he chose teaching as his profession to reach out to the society and contribute towards education which is meaningful.

A staunch propagator of Inclusive education, he has opened the doors to many children who are striving to bring them to the mainstream education.

he began his career with an enriching experience in 2000 by teaching students in rural area after completing his education. He felt the need of quality education in rural area and to fulfill this need he opened New Modern Public High School now popularly known as NMPHS in 2004.
