Beginning in 1923, William Shipway ran a garage out of this building, called Shipway's Garage. In 1972, the building was bought by Gary Goodfellow, and was used as an antique store and auction center until 1984. Bob Turnbull owned the building after Goodfellow, and ran Turnbull's Heating and Cooling.
The next business to occupy the front of this building was Grammie's Pizza, who sold their business in 2020. Imagination Created, a woodworking and craft centre, was here for a short time after.
The newest occupant of this building is Bundles Creative Studios.
On November 13th, 1986, a fire damaged the showroom and office section of Turnbull's Heating and Cooling. Fortunately, the business still managed to operate out of the back of the building until repairs could be completed.
