This location has seen many businesses, but was initially a residence. Ian & Chris Wolfe built and operated Wolfe BMW Motorcycles here before moving to London. Then a community church called this building home. The house was torn down in 1991.

Brian Strik ran a flooring store at this location, called Strik-ly Renovations from 2013-2017, when the building was sold to Mocoley Electric, which currently runs the business from here.
