It all began in the late 1990s, As Elder Webb continued to grow and develop in his role, he was installed as Pastor of Sacred Heart Church of God in Christ in 1999. when he was appointed Superintendent of the Sacred District in 1996 by Bishop Dewey Hunter, Prelate of the Michigan South Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. This marked the beginning of his distinguished leadership journey. In 1997, Elder Webb earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education, laying the groundwork for his future career as an educator and pastor.
His dedication and commitment to the Church of God in Christ led to various appointments and leadership roles. In 2004, he took on the responsibility of Chairman of the AIM Convention, a position he held until 2012.
As of 2021, Elder Webb was still an active member of the Church of God in Christ, and he continued to serve under various appointments. However, his leadership took a significant turn as the Church of God in Christ continued to grow in membership and influence. By 2025, Elder Webb still serves at New Macedonia Church of God in Christ as Senior Pastor.
Elder Webb's dedication to the Church of God in Christ and his commitment to community service were recognized by prestigious institutions. In 1998, he earned his Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, further solidifying his educational background. His contributions to the Church of God in Christ earned him an induction into the esteemed Morehouse College Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers, a testament to his tireless work and leadership.
