A FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFIED COMPANY who is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic caps and closures to large beverage suppliers like pepsico, Coca Cola, Mapro, Bisleri, Parle’agro & Noutishco (a tata group) etc. They have their plant at jalgoan MIDC about 500kms from mumbai with an production capacity of 4800 million caps per annum. They have heavy and continuous movement of trolleys (with nylon/pu wheels) on their floors.

Our, Epoxy + PU hybrid system is performing excellent because of its high abrasion resistance. We have used our best skills for installation by removing contamination from concrete using special degreaser's which have provided excellent bonding of our system with their concrete.

With our hydrid Epoxy + PU system we ensure smooth finish which provides zero dirt adherence on surface, complete concrete protection, highly impermeable surface along with high abrasion resistance & excellent aesthetics with beautiful color. Orange peel effects on top PU coat provides extra skid resistance for pedestrian and trolley movements.

A anti - skid UV stable polyurethane based decorative flooring executed at MARATHON Nahur project. Our flooring has provided good monolithic along with aesthetic and easy to clean children playing area inside building premises.

Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) was setup in may 1999 and is registered under the companies Act, 1956. The company was promoted by erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) as its wholly owned subsidiary in the context of liberalization and as a part of efforts towards restructuring of power sector. Company have build many transmission substation in Gujarat . We have worked for their 440/220 KV substation project in the famous city of white dessert, Kutch (BHUJ).

Our, 300 micron PU roller coating system is performing excellent because of its high abrasion resistance and impermeable characteristics. We have used our best skills for installation by removing contamination/loose dust from concrete using diamond grinders which have provided excellent bonding of our PU coating system with concrete surface.

Food grade polyurethane flooring with N9 silver technology "POLYGIENE" completed at kaman road for one of the renowned bakery products manufacturing customer.

Project requirements were seamless, aesthetic, hygienic, food grade, easy to clean, heat resistant floor. An project size was appox. 1 million which was successfully completed within 1 weeks time which has impressed our customer in-terms of time management. Even skills of our project team after problems faced in parent concrete strength was appreciated by customer .
