The conference will take place at the auditorium of the Arenberg Castle, Kardinaal Mercierlaan 94, 3001 Leuven (Heverlee), which is part of the Campus in Heverlee.

Busses number 2, 12 and 520 have a stop in the neighbourhood of the Castle.
Besides the bus station at the railway station in Leuven, the other stops of these busses can be found  using the route planner.

An alternative is to pay contactlessly directly on the bus: Hold your contactless bank card or payment device (Apple Pay/Google Pay/fitbit/Garmin) near the white terminal on the vehicle. A standard single journey is charged (e.g., €3).
