Aldo CAPOBIANCHI (master degree in Chemical Science, 1996, University “La Sapienza” of Roma, Italy) works as researcher at the National Research Center (Italy) since 1998. He is member of the Nanostructured Magnetic Material Lab (CNR – ISM) and head of the Nano Synthesis Chemical Laboratory. His experimental activity is focused on the synthesis of different inorganic and organic compounds for  for fundamental studies and applications (sensors, photovoltaic, electronics, energy): phthalocyanines, nanocomposites based on carbon nanotubes, magnetic nanoparticles, magnetic composites and hybrid/multifunctional systems. He is author of more than 30 papers, 1 book chapters, 2 patents, and many oral contributions to national and international conferences and workshops (h-index: 16). He was visiting scientist in many international labs and was involved in national and EU projects.
