This e-portfolio is logically designed to allow for easy navigation. After this page, you will find the Teaching Philosophy subpage where I outline my onto-epistemological view of teaching and learning; curriculum development and renewal; and quality assurance and enhancement. The next page is one that espouses how I operationalise my onto-epistemological view into Teaching and Learning activities. This subpage is critical as it lays out how I handle one of the core pillars of higher education (Istambul, 2019; Indrawan & Sumitra, 2019). The subpage that follows the teaching and learning one is that for Curriculum Development and Renewal where I illustrate my command of the marketing field and higher education standards. After that, follows a subpage on Assessments, a critical aspect of Biggs (2003, 2012) concept of constructive alignment. On that subpage, I demonstrate my understanding of the purposes of assessments - assessment of learning and assessment for/as learning. The fifth subpage addresses how I have fared in Student Development and Support and the last subpage of the portfolio espouses the Scholarly Activities that have influenced teaching and learning. In addition to the e-portfolio page, I also have pages on my Research Activities, Media Archive and my Links to Social Media.
