To facilitate secure features such as Cloud Database Synchronization and Credit System features, the App allows sign-in using Google Authentication.

*   **Authentication Tokens:** We process secure Firebase Authentication IDs and Google ID Tokens to establish your identity and partition your personal database records on our secure cloud server.

### B. App Data and Calculations

*   **Roofing Calculations & Project Logs:** All inputs (such as roof dimensions, pitch, run, spans, material choices, pricing, labor, transportation, and waste coefficients) and the calculated outputs (such as surface area, rafter counts, corrugated sheet counts, visual truss drawing coordinates, and Bill of Quantities - BOQ) are stored on your device's local memory via a **Room SQLite Database**.

*   **Cloud Synced Logs:** If you choose to log in and sync your account, your local project logs and credits are synchronized with our secure server hosted on **Firebase Realtime Database**.

### C. Device Permissions

The App requests specific permissions on your Android device to ensure proper functionality:

*   **INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE:** Required to authenticate users with Google/Firebase, sync calculations to the cloud, and check subscription state parameters.

*   **POST_NOTIFICATIONS:** Used strictly with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to trigger critical alerts and system notices regarding account status and balance information.

*   **USE_EXACT_ALARM:** Utilized to schedule precise internal client-side calculations, data synchronization routines, and system housekeeping tasks without causing CPU or battery drainage.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the App:

*   **User Workspace Partitioning:** Partitioning calculation database records in Firebase Realtime Database so that your data is privately and securely accessible only to you on any connected device.

*   **Credit & Licensing:** Validating and tracking remaining calculation and export credits associated with your Google Account.

*   **Excel Export Generation:** Writing calculations to localized standard Excel spreadsheet formats (`.xlsx`) to allow you to easily share professional BOQ items with your clients.
