n&k Factory (hereinafter "we" or "us") has established the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the mobile application "AI Council – Decision Support" (hereinafter "the App").
The App may collect the following information.
Text information entered by users within the App, such as questions, topics, and deliberation content.
The App may use the following authentication services for login purposes:
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
Through these services, we may receive user identification information (such as User ID) provided by the authentication provider.
※ We do not collect or store passwords or other authentication credentials.
When a user uses the voice input feature, speech-to-text conversion is processed entirely on the user's device. Voice data itself is not transmitted to our servers or any external AI service. Only the converted text is used for deliberation processing. Microphone access can be disabled at any time through iOS Settings.
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing the App's features and functionality
- Generating AI deliberation results and responses
- Saving and displaying deliberation history
- Improving the Service
- Preventing unauthorized use
Questions and deliberation history entered by users may be stored in a cloud database for service delivery purposes. The App uses the following third-party services.
Examples of stored information:
- Deliberation content
- Deliberation results
- History data
- Technical information related to app usage

Questions entered by users are transmitted to OpenAI's servers for the purpose of generating AI responses. This involves international data transfers.
OpenAI Privacy Policy:
The App may use the following analytics tools to improve the Service:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
These tools may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports.
We do not share user information with third parties except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When there is a legitimate reason such as preventing fraudulent activity
- When using cloud services necessary for providing the Service
We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, alteration of, disclosure of, or destruction of user information.
Users may request deletion of their stored data through the in-app settings or by contacting us. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will complete the full deletion process within a maximum of 30 days.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
