Privacy Policy – Decision Maker

Effective Date: September 23, 2026
Last Updated: September 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Decision Maker (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the application.

We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and support the App.

By downloading, installing, or using Decision Maker, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About Decision Maker

Decision Maker is a utility and entertainment application designed to help users make random choices using features such as:

The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal profile information to use its main decision-making features.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

You may enter information such as names, choices, numbers, wheel options, or other text while using Decision Maker.

This information is used only to provide the requested decision-making functionality.

Where these features are implemented using local device storage, the information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not intentionally collect or store the personal choices, wheel entries, Yes/No questions, random numbers, or similar decision content entered into the App.

Users should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into decision fields unnecessarily.

3. Personal Information

Decision Maker does not require you to provide information such as your:

Name, email address, phone number, postal address, password, date of birth, contacts, government identification, financial information, or other personally identifying information in order to use the App's core features.

The App does not provide a developer-operated user registration or login system unless explicitly stated inside the App.

4. Advertising

Decision Maker may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically process certain information to provide, measure, personalize, limit, secure, and improve advertising.

Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and applicable laws, this information may include:

We do not directly receive information such as your name, personal messages, passwords, contacts, photographs, or private files through AdMob.

Advertising information is processed according to Google's own privacy practices and policies.

You can learn more about how Google handles information through Google's Privacy Policy and its information about advertising technologies.

5. Advertising Consent

In regions where privacy regulations require consent, the App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or similar Google privacy tools.

Where required, you may be presented with options relating to personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, advertising partners, and privacy preferences.

Your available choices may depend on your location, applicable privacy laws, and Google's consent requirements.

Where Google makes privacy options available, users may also be given an option inside the App to review or change their advertising privacy choices.

6. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your consent, region, device settings, and applicable regulations, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Personalized advertisements may be selected using information about your interests or previous activity.

Non-personalized advertisements are generally selected using contextual information and may still use limited information for purposes such as frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, and measurement.

We do not independently create advertising profiles about users.

7. Device Permissions

Decision Maker is designed to request only permissions reasonably necessary for its functionality.

The App does not require access to sensitive device information such as your contacts, call history, SMS messages, microphone recordings, or camera simply to use features such as Dice, Yes/No, Random Number, or Decision Wheel.

If future versions introduce a feature requiring additional permission, Android will request the relevant permission where required.

You may manage App permissions through your Android device settings.

8. Location Information

Decision Maker does not intentionally request or collect your precise GPS location for its core decision-making functionality.

Advertising providers such as Google may determine an approximate location using information such as an IP address where permitted by applicable law and your privacy settings.

The App does not independently track your physical movements or maintain a history of your precise location.

9. Photos, Videos, Audio and Files

Decision Maker does not require access to your personal photos, videos, recordings, documents, or other private files for its standard decision-making features.

We do not upload your private photos, videos, recordings, or personal documents to our servers as part of the standard functionality of Decision Maker.

If a future feature allows users to select a file, image, or other content, access will be limited to the content selected or permitted by the user and will be described where appropriate.

10. Information Collected Automatically

While we do not operate a system designed to identify individual users, third-party services included in the App may automatically receive limited technical information.

This may include device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, advertising identifiers, language settings, general region, crash information, diagnostics, performance information, and interactions with advertisements.

Such information may be processed for advertising, security, fraud prevention, analytics, crash diagnosis, service improvement, and regulatory compliance.

11. Third-Party Services

Decision Maker may use third-party services necessary for providing features such as advertising, consent management, crash reporting, app distribution, or Android platform functionality.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

The primary third-party service that may be used by Decision Maker is:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads

Google may use information collected through its SDK according to Google's Privacy Policy, advertising policies, and applicable consent requirements.

We encourage users to review Google's privacy information if they would like additional details regarding Google's data processing.

12. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

We do not intentionally share information entered into Decision Maker's decision-making tools with unrelated companies.

Certain technical information may be transmitted directly to third-party service providers such as Google when their SDKs are used in the App.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal obligations, court orders, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect users and the public.

13. Data Storage

Decision-related information may be stored locally on your device when required to maintain App functionality or saved preferences.

Local information may remain until you delete it through the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, depending on how the particular feature is implemented.

We do not operate a remote database for storing your Decision Maker questions or decision entries unless clearly disclosed in a future version of this policy.

14. Data Retention

Information stored locally is generally controlled by the user through the device.

Third-party services such as Google may retain information according to their own retention policies, legal obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, advertising systems, and privacy settings.

We do not control the independent data-retention practices of third-party service providers.

15. Data Security

We take reasonable measures when designing the App to minimize unnecessary access to personal information and device data.

However, no application, operating system, network, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should maintain appropriate security protections on their own devices, including screen locks, operating system updates, and trusted software.

16. Children's Privacy

Decision Maker is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.

The App does not require children or other users to create a personal account for its core functionality.

If advertising is shown, advertising treatment may depend on the audience configuration selected by the developer, the user's region, applicable laws, and Google's advertising policies.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected improperly through a system directly controlled by us, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Parents or guardians who have privacy concerns may contact us using the email address listed below.

17. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Similar Regions

Users in jurisdictions with privacy rights may have rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Because Decision Maker generally does not maintain accounts or directly store personally identifiable user profiles, we may not possess information that allows us to identify a particular user.

Where information is processed by Google AdMob or another third-party provider, requests concerning that provider's data may need to be submitted directly to that provider.

Where consent is used as the legal basis for advertising, users may be able to withdraw or modify consent using available privacy options.

18. United States Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to know about certain processing activities, request deletion or correction, or opt out of certain uses.

Decision Maker does not sell personal information directly.

Some advertising-related processing is performed by third-party providers such as Google and is governed by the privacy controls, consent mechanisms, and opt-out choices provided by those services.

19. Your Choices and Controls

You can control various privacy settings through your Android device and Google account.

Depending on your device and region, controls may include resetting or deleting an advertising identifier, managing advertising personalization, controlling App permissions, reviewing consent choices, clearing Decision Maker's local App data, or uninstalling the App.

Uninstalling Decision Maker removes the App from your device and normally removes locally stored App data according to Android's behavior.

20. Do Not Track

Mobile applications and advertising technologies do not necessarily respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals in a standardized manner.

Where applicable, we rely on Android, Google, and consent-management privacy controls to respect supported privacy preferences.

21. International Processing

Third-party providers used by the App may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Such providers are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards where required by applicable privacy laws.

Please review the privacy policies of the applicable third-party providers for additional information.

22. Links to External Services

Decision Maker may occasionally contain links that open external websites, app stores, privacy pages, or other third-party services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of external websites or services.

Users should review the applicable privacy policy before providing information to an external service.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, new functionality is introduced, third-party services change, or legal and regulatory requirements change.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be revised.

We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the App following an update means the latest version of this policy will apply to your use of the App.
