TimeKyper（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、個人開発者である中森晃一（以下「開発者」といいます）が提供するタイマーアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
以下の情報は、すべて利用者の端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、開発者を含む第三者に送信されることはありません。
タイマーの設定内容（セクション名、時間、色などのプリセット情報）
アプリの表示言語設定
表示モード（ライト／ダーク／自動）の設定
通知・サウンド・振動・画面の明滅に関するON/OFF設定
これらの情報は、アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。
本アプリの追加機能（マルチ編集機能、ポモドーロ編集機能）は、アプリ内課金により提供されます。課金処理には、RevenueCat（提供元：RevenueCat, Inc.）および各プラットフォームの決済サービス（Apple App Store / Google Play ストア）を利用しています。
これらのサービスを通じて、購入履歴や匿名化された端末識別子などの情報がRevenueCatおよび各ストア運営者に送信される場合があります。詳細は以下の各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

開発者は、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・クレジットカード情報等の決済情報を直接取得することはありません。
本アプリは、タイマー終了をお知らせするために、端末のローカル通知機能を利用します。この通知はアプリ内で完結する処理であり、外部サーバーを経由することはありません。
取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
本アプリの基本機能（タイマー設定の保存・復元）の提供
アプリ内課金機能の提供および購入状態の管理
利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、前述のとおり、課金処理に関する情報については、RevenueCatおよび各プラットフォームの決済サービスに送信されます。
本アプリが端末内に保存する情報は、利用者の端末上で管理されます。開発者のサーバーに情報を保存する仕組みは設けていません。
本アプリは、第三者広告を表示しません。
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象とした個人情報の収集を意図的に行っていません。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加等に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

TimeKyper (the "App") is a timer application provided by Koichi Nakamori, an individual developer (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled within the App.
The App may collect the following types of information.
The following information is stored only on your device's local storage and is never transmitted to the Developer or any third party.
Timer settings (section names, durations, colors, and other preset information)
Display language setting
Appearance mode setting (Light / Dark / Auto)
Notification, sound, haptics, and screen flash ON/OFF preferences
This information is deleted from your device when you uninstall the App.
Additional features of the App (Multi Editing and Pomodoro Editing) are provided through in-app purchases. Purchase processing is handled using RevenueCat (provided by RevenueCat, Inc.) and the payment services of each platform (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
Through these services, purchase history and anonymized device identifiers may be sent to RevenueCat and the respective store operators. Please refer to the following privacy policies for details.

The Developer does not directly obtain your name, email address, credit card information, or other payment details.
The App uses your device's local notification feature to alert you when a timer ends. This process is handled entirely within the App and does not pass through any external server.
Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
Providing the App's core functionality (saving and restoring timer settings)
Providing in-app purchase functionality and managing purchase status
Responding to inquiries from users
The Developer will not provide collected information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
However, as described above, information related to purchase processing is sent to RevenueCat and the respective platform payment services.
Information stored locally by the App is managed on your own device. The Developer does not operate any server that stores this information.
The App does not display third-party advertisements.
The App does not intentionally collect personal information targeted at any specific age group.
This Policy may be updated without prior notice due to changes in applicable laws or the addition of new App features. Significant changes will be announced within the App.
