NKA Document Master ("we", "our", or "the App") is a personal document and photo management application developed to help users securely store, organize, view, and manage their personal documents, photos, PDFs, and other files.

The App does not intentionally access unrelated files on your device.

Camera

If document scanning or camera functionality is used, the App may request camera permission to capture documents or photos.

Camera access is used only when you actively use a camera-related feature.

Notifications

If notification permission is enabled, the App may send notifications for features such as document reminders or expiry reminders.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.

2. Information You Provide

The App may allow you to enter information associated with documents, such as document names, categories, descriptions, notes, dates, expiry dates, and other information you choose to enter.

This information is used to organize and manage your documents within the App.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Information and files you add to the App may be used to:

• Store and organize documents and photos

• Display documents and photos

• Search and manage files

• Create folders and categories

• Provide document reminders

• Manage PDFs

• Allow you to share files when you choose to do so

• Provide backup and restore functionality if enabled

We do not sell your personal documents, photos, or personal information.

4. Local Storage

Documents, photos, and other files may be stored locally on your device depending on how you use the App.

Files stored locally remain on your device unless you choose to share, export, back up, or otherwise transfer them.

5. Cloud Backup

If the App provides cloud backup functionality and you choose to use it, selected files or information may be transferred to the cloud service you authorize.

Cloud backup is optional unless otherwise stated within the App.

You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices and terms of any third-party cloud service you choose to use.

6. Sharing

The App may provide functionality to share documents, photos, or PDFs with other applications.

Sharing occurs only when you initiate the sharing action.

Once you share a file with another application or service, the handling of that file is governed by the privacy policy of the receiving application or service.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information stored and processed by the App.

Where available, security features may include PIN protection, biometric authentication, device-level security, local application storage, and access controls.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The App may use third-party services or software libraries to provide specific functionality, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud backup, authentication, or other services.

This information is used to improve application stability and performance.

10. Children's Privacy

NKA Document Master is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing targeted services.

11. Your Choices

You can control many permissions through your device settings, including:

• Photos/media access

• Camera access

• Notifications

• File access

• Other permissions requested by the App

You can also delete documents and photos from the App according to the available functionality.

12. Data Deletion

You may delete documents, photos, and other information stored by the App using the deletion functionality provided within the App.

If cloud backup is enabled, deleting a local copy may not automatically delete a previously backed-up copy unless the App specifically provides synchronized deletion.
