Photos You Select

AI Photo Enhancer allows you to choose images from your device gallery or capture a photo using your device camera. These images are used only to perform photo enhancement features such as image improvement, face detection, background segmentation, cropping, and related editing functions.

The App is designed to process images locally on your device whenever possible. We do not upload your photos to our servers, and we do not maintain a database containing your personal images.

Information Stored on Your Device

To provide a better editing experience, the App may store the following data locally on your device:

• Edited or enhanced image files

• Temporary image processing files

• App preferences and settings

• Editing history or recent images (if available)

This information remains on your device and can be removed by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob (Google LLC). Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect certain information in order to display, measure, and improve advertisements.

• Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA where permitted)

4. Permissions Used by the App

AI Photo Enhancer may request the following permissions:

You may deny these permissions, although certain features of the App may become unavailable.

5. Advertising

The App may display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob.

Rewarded advertisements are shown only when you choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an optional in-app benefit. Depending on your consent preferences and local regulations, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

• Photos and edited images remain on your device until you delete them.

• Temporary processing files may be removed automatically by the App or by your device’s operating system.

Because photo processing is performed locally whenever possible, your images generally do not leave your device. Communications related to advertising services are transmitted securely using encrypted connections provided by Google.

11. Your Rights

Depending on the laws of your country or region, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing activities.
