Custom Orders:

If you place a custom order, you must pay in full before we order your products to start making.

Refunds:

There are 3 options for refunds: full refund, partial refund, no refund. The terms are stated below.

Full refund: Will only be offered if the products for your order have not been ordered on my end. Example: If you ordered a hoodie and paid $40 and I have not yet ordered the hoodie- I will refund you $40.

Partial refund: Will only be offered if the products for your order have been ordered on my end, but have not been made. I will take the price that you paid and subtract the price of any supplies that I have ordered. Example: If you ordered a hoodie and paid $40 and I have ordered the hoodie, but I have not yet made the hoodie. Making the hoodie means altering it in any way from it's original condition (cropping, tie dying, adding a design, etc). I will take the $40 and subtract the price of the hoodie that I paid and refund you the remaining amount.

No refund: Will be offered if the products for your order have been ordered on my end and have been made. This means altering the product in any way from its original condition. Example: If you ordered a hoodie and paid $40 and I have ordered and altered the hoodie from it's original condition. You will receive no refund.

Shipping Policy:

For custom orders: The shipping price will not be paid for until AFTER all of your products have been made. When your entire order is complete, I will contact you with the shipping cost. Once you send the shipping payment, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. For expected production times, please click on "expected production times" in the drop down above. If your shipping cost is not paid for, your order will not be shipped. Your order will only ship after the shipping cost is paid for.

For story sales: If you are concerned about the time it takes to ship a specific story sale item, please send me a message through instagram dm. The shipping cost will be posted on the story of each specific product during a story sale. If you are buying multiple items through a story sale: all of the items will be packaged together and a new shipping price will be offered.

Venmo and Cashapp are the only forms of acceptable payment.

If for any reason the "Good and Services" button is clicked, the customer will be responsible for paying the fee that venmo charges me. All customers are told to not press this button. If it is pressed, I will be requesting the fee to be paid by the customer.

Policy:

Here at NJTA there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Each product is customized for you in your selected size, color, and design. Once your order is made, it is yours. If something is wrong with your product(s) please dm us on instagram with the issue. If you claim that your product is damaged right out of the package, send us pictures of that product ASAP. If you dm us months- weeks after receiving your products that something is wrong- we will tell you that it is because you did not follow your product care card and that you caused the issue, not us. To avoid this situation, you should inspect all products immediately straight out of the package. If there is no problems, throw the clothing in the washer and hand wash cups to guarantee good quality remains sustainable through washing. If your products are damaged straight out of the package or straight after their first wash, we will ask that you send the damaged products back to us and you will receive store credit for those items. The original shipping cost will not be credited.
