About the Competition
The New Jersey State Science Day Challenge is intended to provide students an opportunity to engage in human-activity induced environmental problems and climate change. The competition encourages Science and Engineering Practices as per the NJDOE-adopted NGSS standards.
For these reasons, the competition is a perfect addition to a science classroom or club. Mentoring by teachers is encouraged.
