- The NJSFA Board consists of the President, Vice President, and the captains/coaches of every team in the league. The captains of each team are responsible for relaying the news, info and decisions the board makes to their respective teams.
- Each team is responsible for creating their own uniforms.
- Each team will have a home field that they decide on. In the regular season, a schedule will be posted and home games will be played at the team's home field while away games will be at the opposing team's home field. The schedules will be predetermined by the board before the season starts and posted on the NJSFA league instagram as well as sent to the teams' respective captains.
- In order for a game to be player there must be at least 8 players from both teams at the field. If a team has less they can choose to forfeit resulting in an automatic 5-0 defeat. If both teams have 11 players at the game, the teams can agree before the match to play 11 on 11. Rosters are locked in.
- In regards to game rules, there will be no referees during games, so rules are going to be enforced by the players.
- If a team fails to show up to a game will result in a 3-0 loss as well as a 1-0 deficit in the next game played.
- Captains from both teams will send the score to the board for standings updates. The standings will be updated weekly every Sunday evening.
- All regulation rules towards the game of soccer itself are derived from official FIFA codes.
