Meet the Chapter Lead: Hello, my name is Shiv Parmar and I am currently a student at Lodi High School. I am very excited to get involved with the NJRI as it provides many opportunities for expanding student research at a larger and more efficient scale. I personally have been involved in computational research involving biomarkers and some wet-lab work as well. These experiences have helped me understand the research process and it is something that I look forward to further engaging with through NJRI. Some of my hobbies include playing tennis, listening to new types of music, and going for walks.
