April 14 The CES department successfully hosted the 2022-2023 AEESP Distinguished Lecture Series featuring Professor Cliff Davidson from Syracuse University. Professor Davidson delivered an engaging lecture titled The Interactions of Airborne Particles with Surfaces, which garnered significant interest from faculty and students at NJIT as well as neighboring universities. In addition to the lecture, the attendees had the opportunity to present their research through both oral and poster sessions.
March 8 Dr. Zhang gave a talk about MeHg formation in the Arctic soil in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences at Rutgers University-Newark.
