NJHouse (“we”) operates Damda (the “app”), an app that saves videos, GIFs and photos from public posts on X (Twitter) to your device’s gallery.

We operate no servers. There is no account, no sign-in, and nowhere for us to store anything about you.
The links you paste and the files you save are never sent to us. Both stay on your device.
Your device connects directly. To read a link, the app connects from your device straight to X. This means your IP address and device information are visible to X, in exactly the same way they would be if you opened that post in your browser. X’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it. We neither see nor store any of it, and you can avoid this entirely by not pasting links into the app.
We do not collect the links you paste, the media you save, a record of which posts you saved, your name, email, passwords, your gallery’s contents, your location, your contacts, or anything about other apps on your device.
Saved files go to your gallery, under Movies/Damda and Pictures/Damda. Your download history and library list are stored only in the app’s own storage on your device.
The app also downloads its parsing rules — a small static JSON file we publish at njhstudio.github.io. That request carries nothing about you: no account, no identifier, and none of the links you paste. It only asks whether the file has changed. As with any internet request, the host (GitHub) can observe your IP address and the time of the request; that is governed by GitHub’s privacy policy and we never receive those logs. The request is capped at three attempts per app launch and stops as soon as the rules are applied. It is not background polling.
The rules we download are data, not executable code, and the app will only connect to addresses on a list built into the app itself.
The app is free and supported by advertising. It uses Google’s Google Mobile Ads SDK and its consent tool, the User Messaging Platform (UMP).
To serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google’s SDK may collect or share:
IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location)
App interaction data (ad views, clicks)
Diagnostic information (launch time, errors)
Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID and App Set ID
This data is encrypted in transit using TLS. For details, see:

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent through a Google UMP screen before showing ads. You can reopen and change that choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad consent. If you decline personalised ads, you will see non-personalised ads instead and every feature keeps working.
You can also limit ad personalisation through Android’s Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID settings.
Where we never show ads: before a download, and while one is running. Ads appear only after a save has finished. If an ad fails to load, or you are offline, or you declined consent, saving works exactly the same.
The app has no accounts and no sign-in. We hold no information about you, so there is no account to delete and no data for us to hand over.
Your download history and library list can be removed with Settings → Delete all history in the app, or by uninstalling it. This does not delete files already saved to your gallery.
Files saved to your gallery are managed and deleted by you, in your gallery app or in the app’s library.

The app is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 14 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Google, which provides the advertising described in section 3, operates servers outside your country, so that information may be processed abroad. The purposes, categories, and retention periods are governed by Google’s own privacy policy. The same applies to GitHub, which hosts the parsing-rules file described in section 2.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and the content on this page. We will announce significant changes in the app or in the store listing.

운영자는 서버를 두고 있지 않습니다. 회원가입도, 로그인도 없으며, 회원님에 관한 정보를 보관할 곳 자체가 없습니다.
회원님이 붙여넣은 링크와 저장한 파일은 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 둘 다 회원님의 기기 안에만 있습니다.
기기가 직접 접속합니다. 링크를 해석할 때 앱은 회원님의 기기에서 X에 곧바로 접속합니다. 그 결과 회원님의 IP 주소와 기기 정보가 X에 보입니다. 이는 회원님이 브라우저로 그 게시물을 열었을 때와 같은 수준의 노출이며, 그 정보를 X가 어떻게 처리하는지는 X의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자는 이를 보지도 보관하지도 않으며, 앱에 링크를 넣지 않는 것으로 이 접속을 완전히 피할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 회원님이 붙여넣은 링크, 저장한 미디어, 어떤 게시물을 저장했는지에 대한 기록, 이름, 이메일, 비밀번호, 갤러리의 내용, 위치 정보, 연락처, 기기에 설치된 다른 앱에 관한 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
저장된 파일은 갤러리의 Movies/Damda, Pictures/Damda 폴더에 들어갑니다. 다운로드 이력과 라이브러리 목록은 회원님 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 저장됩니다.
앱은 파싱 규칙 파일도 내려받습니다. 운영자가 njhstudio.github.io에 게시하는 작은 정적 JSON 파일입니다. 이 요청에는 회원님에 관한 어떤 정보도 실리지 않습니다 — 계정도, 식별자도, 회원님이 붙여넣은 링크도 보내지 않으며, “이 파일이 바뀌었습니까”라고 묻는 것이 전부입니다. 다만 모든 인터넷 접속이 그렇듯 호스팅 사업자(GitHub)는 접속 과정에서 IP 주소와 접속 시각을 관측할 수 있습니다. 이는 GitHub의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되며 운영자는 그 기록을 받아보지 않습니다. 이 요청은 앱 실행당 최대 3회로 제한되고 규칙이 적용되는 즉시 멈춥니다. 백그라운드 폴링이 아닙니다.
내려받는 규칙은 실행 코드가 아니라 데이터이며, 앱이 접속할 수 있는 주소는 앱에 내장된 목록으로 제한됩니다.
앱은 무료이며 광고로 운영됩니다. Google의 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 동의 관리 도구인 User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다.
광고 제공·측정·사기 방지를 위해 Google SDK는 다음을 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

관련 법이 적용되는 지역에서는 광고를 표시하기 전에 Google UMP 화면으로 동의를 요청합니다. 한 번 선택한 뒤에도 앱의 설정 → 광고 동의 설정에서 언제든 다시 열어 변경할 수 있습니다. 맞춤 광고를 거부하시면 비개인화 광고가 게재되며, 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
Android 설정의 광고 ID 초기화 / 맞춤 광고 삭제 기능으로도 광고 개인화를 제한할 수 있습니다.
광고를 표시하지 않는 곳: 다운로드 직전과 다운로드 진행 중에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고는 저장이 끝난 뒤에만 나타납니다. 광고를 불러오지 못하거나, 오프라인이거나, 동의를 거부한 경우에도 저장 기능은 동일하게 동작합니다.
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 운영자가 보관하는 회원님의 정보가 없으므로, 삭제할 계정도 없고 제공할 데이터도 없습니다.
다운로드 이력과 라이브러리 목록은 앱의 설정 → 이력 전체 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 갤러리에 이미 저장된 파일은 삭제하지 않습니다.
갤러리에 저장된 파일은 회원님이 갤러리 앱이나 이 앱의 라이브러리에서 직접 관리·삭제합니다.
Google이 처리하는 정보에 대한 요청은 위 연락처로 문의하시거나 Google의 개인정보 관리 도구를 이용해 주세요.
이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며 만 14세 이상 이용을 전제로 합니다. 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
광고를 제공하는 Google은 해외에 서버를 두고 있어, 위 3항의 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 목적·항목·보유 기간은 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 2항의 파싱 규칙 파일을 호스팅하는 GitHub에도 같은 내용이 적용됩니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 또는 스토어 등록 정보로 알려드립니다.
이 앱은 X와 제휴하지 않은 독립 앱입니다. 모든 상표는 각 소유자에게 귀속됩니다.

当方はサーバーを運用していません。アカウント登録もログインもなく、お客様に関する情報を保管する場所そのものがありません。
お客様が貼り付けたリンクと保存したファイルが当方に送信されることはありません。どちらもお客様の端末の中だけにあります。
端末が直接接続します。リンクを読み取るとき、本アプリはお客様の端末からXへ直接接続します。そのため、お客様のIPアドレスと端末情報はXから見えます。これはお客様がブラウザでその投稿を開いた場合とまったく同じ水準であり、Xがその情報をどう扱うかはXのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当方はそれを見ることも保管することもなく、本アプリにリンクを入力しなければこの接続を完全に避けられます。
当方は、お客様が貼り付けたリンク、保存したメディア、どの投稿を保存したかの記録、氏名、メールアドレス、パスワード、ギャラリーの内容、位置情報、連絡先、端末にインストールされた他のアプリに関する情報を収集しません。
保存されたファイルはギャラリーの Movies/Damda および Pictures/Damda フォルダに入ります。ダウンロード履歴とライブラリの一覧は、お客様の端末上の本アプリ専用の保存領域にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは解析ルールのファイルもダウンロードします。当方が njhstudio.github.io に公開している小さな静的JSONファイルです。この要求にはお客様に関する情報は一切含まれません — アカウントも識別子も、お客様が貼り付けたリンクも送信せず、「このファイルは変わりましたか」と尋ねるだけです。ただし、あらゆるインターネット接続と同様に、ホスティング事業者（GitHub）は接続の過程でIPアドレスと接続時刻を観測しうります。これはGitHubのプライバシーポリシーが適用され、当方はその記録を受け取りません。この要求はアプリ起動ごとに最大3回に制限され、ルールが適用され次第停止します。バックグラウンドでの定期通信ではありません。
ダウンロードするルールは実行可能なコードではなくデータであり、本アプリが接続できるアドレスは本アプリ自体に組み込まれた一覧に限られます。
本アプリは無料で、広告によって運営されています。GoogleのGoogle Mobile Ads SDKと、その同意管理ツールである User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。
広告の配信・測定および不正防止のため、Google SDKは次の情報を収集または共有することがあります。

関連する法令が適用される地域では、広告を表示する前にGoogle UMPの画面で同意をお願いします。一度選んだあとでも、本アプリの 設定 → 広告のプライバシー設定 からいつでも開き直して変更できます。パーソナライズ広告を拒否された場合は非パーソナライズ広告が表示され、本アプリのすべての機能はそのままご利用いただけます。
Androidの設定にある 広告IDのリセット / 広告IDの削除 でも、広告のパーソナライズを制限できます。
広告を表示しない場面: ダウンロードの直前と、ダウンロードの進行中には広告を表示しません。広告は保存が終わったあとにのみ表示されます。広告を読み込めない場合、オフラインの場合、同意を拒否された場合でも、保存機能はまったく同じように動作します。
本アプリはアカウント登録もログインも求めません。当方が保管しているお客様の情報はないため、削除すべきアカウントも、お渡しできるデータもありません。
ダウンロード履歴とライブラリの一覧は、本アプリの 設定 → 履歴をすべて削除 またはアプリの削除で消去できます。この操作では、ギャラリーにすでに保存されたファイルは削除されません。
ギャラリーに保存されたファイルは、お客様がギャラリーアプリまたは本アプリのライブラリで直接管理・削除します。
Googleが処理する情報に関するご請求は、上記の連絡先までお問い合わせいただくか、Google自身のプライバシー管理ツールをご利用ください。
本アプリはお子様を対象としておらず、14歳以上の方のご利用を前提としています。当方はお子様の個人情報を、それと知りながら収集することはありません。
第3項の広告を提供するGoogleは国外にサーバーを置いているため、同項の情報が国外で処理される場合があります。処理の目的・項目・保有期間はGoogle自身のプライバシーポリシーに従います。第2項の解析ルールファイルをホスティングするGitHubについても同様です。
本ポリシーが変更された場合は、このページの施行日と内容を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアの掲載情報でお知らせします。
本アプリは独立したアプリケーションであり、Xと提携・後援・承認のいずれの関係もありません。すべての商標は各所有者に帰属します。
