I am a Senior Economist (PhD) in IMF’s Western Hemisphere Department covering the United States. Prior to that I spent more than three years in the Research Department, where I contributed to chapters of the World Economic Outlook. My research interests include monetary policy, inequality, public policies, and labor market issues. My research has been featured in news outlets such as the Financial Times, The Economist, the New York Times, El País, and Børsen (in my native Denmark).
