Important Deadlines
Application Deadline ($30 per application*): March 1, 2026
Director Application Deadline: March 4, 2026
Applications submitted after March 1st, 2026 will be voided. There are no on-site registrations.
*NJMEA believes that all ensembles should be available to all qualified students. We are able to offer financial assistance to students in need. If a director has a student that will need assistance, they should reach out directly to the NJMEA Executive Director, William McDevitt, at wmcdevittnjmea@gmail.com to discuss financial assistance.

Please read all of the information carefully and follow the instructions accurately. If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate contact listed above.
Please complete the online director registration after reading through the packet. The director registration form is linked below. All submissions and paperwork are scanned and submitted/completed online. Please do not send information through the mail with the exclusion of a school PO.
