The 2025-2026 NJ State Hippology competition will be held at the Gloucester County Dream Park on April 18 and April 19, 2026.
Coaches must register their teams by March 30, 2026.
Contest check-in begins at 10:30 AM on Saturday and 8:00 AM on Sunday. The contest will begin promptly 30 minutes after check-in each day.

Hippology is the study of horses. Learning hippology involves understanding horse anatomy and physiology, history, diseases, parasites, reproduction, the horse industry, horse management, breeds, genetics, and everything in between that makes the horse one of the most complex and fascinating animals.
The contest is composed of 4 different phases:

· Judging Phase
· Team Problems Phase
· Stations Phase
