Etude Op. 10, No. 4 in C-sharp minor, known as the Torrent etude, is a study for solo piano composed by Frederic Chopin. It was first published in 1833 as the fourth piece of his Etudes Op. 10. This study, a very fast Presto con fuoco, features continuous sixteenth notes (semiquavers), in perpetuum mobile fashion involving both hands.

The Piano Sonata No. 16 in C major, K. 545, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was described by Mozart himself in his own thematic catalogue as "for beginners", and it is sometimes known by the nickname Sonata facile or Sonata semplice.

The third in Op. 7 is one of Nix Johann's weirdest works. The piece sounds like a dramatic chase and suspense instead of the beating of a heart. And the final chord (Db) break all the rules of harmony in the whole piece.

Nix Johann's preludes mostly try to give a picture of what the composer went through. And in this case, the "Prelude in G-sharp minor" is about his various feelings when he stayed by the river near his house in a romantic afternoon. The people, boats, rafts around here is too familiar and grew up with him since childhood, but still can't give him a sense of common but special and full of love.

The "Chromatic" etude is kinda short compare to others. Even so, it's considered one of the most difficult etudes Chopin has ever written, beside the Op. 25 No. 11 or Op. 10 No. 4. It was written to help the weaker fingers of the right hand (the 4th and 5th finger) develop better independence and strength.

This is the first Etude from "3 Grandes Etudes Antiques" - which mean "3 Grand Ancient Etudes". As the name "Fantaisie Chromatique", the main theme of the piece was discovered by accident while I trying some chromatic scale on my piano. That simple theme was recorded by me before and now, it has been developed into a complete piece.

This is the fourth fantaisie I composed. It's simply come up with a harmonic idea, then developed into a whole piece for solo piano. The piece has 2 main theme: Allegro espressivo and Alla marcia - Allegro vivace with many extra tempo changes. It's consider one of the biggest works I've ever done for a solo instrument.

"In the Hall of the Mountain King" is a piece of orchestral music composed by Edvard Grieg in 1875 as incidental music for the sixth scene of act 2 in Henrik Ibsen's 1867 play Peer Gynt. It was originally part of Opus 23 but was later extracted as the final piece of Peer Gynt, Suite No. 1, Op. 46. The Piano Sonata No. 14 in C-sharp minor, marked Quasi una fantasia, Op. 27, No. 2, is a piano sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven. It was completed in 1801 and dedicated in 1802 to his pupil Countess Giulietta Guicciardi. The popular name Moonlight Sonata goes back to a critic's remark after Beethoven's death. The piece is one of Beethoven's most popular compositions for the piano, and it was a popular favorite even in his own day. Beethoven wrote the Moonlight Sonata in his early thirties, after he had finished with some commissioned work; there is no evidence that he was commissioned to write this sonata.

The third movement of Paganini's Second Concerto owes its nickname "La Campanella" or "La Clochette" to the little bell which Paganini prescribes to presage each recurrence of the rondo theme. The character of the bell is also imitated in the orchestra and in some of the soloist's passages featuring harmonics. The outcome is a very transparent texture, which gains extra charm of gypsy coloration of the rondo theme. This movement has served as the basis of compositions by other composers, such as the Étude S. 140 No. 3 "La campanella" by Liszt, and Strauss I's Walzer à la Paganini Op. 11.

The Hungarian Dances by Johannes Brahms (WoO 1), are a set of 21 lively dance tunes based mostly on Hungarian themes, completed in 1879. They vary from about a minute to five minutes in length. They are among Brahms's most popular works and were the most profitable for him. Each dance has been arranged for a wide variety of instruments and ensembles. Brahms originally wrote the version for piano four hands and later arranged the first ten dances for solo piano.

Étude Op. 25, No. 11 in A minor, often referred to as the Winter Wind in English, is a solo piano technical study composed by Frédéric Chopin in 1836. It was first published together with all études of Opus 25 in 1837, in France, Germany, and England. The first French edition indicates a common time time signature, but the manuscript and the first German edition both feature cut time. The first four bars that characterize the melody were added just before publication at the advice of Charles A. Hoffmann, a friend. Winter Wind is considered one of the most difficult of Chopin's 24 études.

The theme was written by Beethoven for the Six variations, Op. 76, of 1809. And later in 1811 Beethoven wrote incidental music to a play by August von Kotzebue called The Ruins of Athens (Op. 113), which premiered in Budapest, Hungary in 1812 which included the Turkish March.

The Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565, is a piece of organ music written, according to its oldest extant sources, by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685–1750). The piece opens with a toccata section, followed by a fugue that ends in a coda. Scholars differ as to when it was composed. It could have been as early as c. 1704. Alternatively, a date as late as the 1750s has been suggested. To a large extent, the piece conforms to the characteristics deemed typical of the north German organ school of the Baroque era with divergent stylistic influences, such as south German characteristics.

Bagatelle No. 25 in A minor (WoO 59 and Beer 515) for piano, commonly known as "Für Elise", is one of Ludwig van Beethoven's most famous piano pieces. It is incorporated into curricula and exercises in music. There is a story about this piece spread by words, Beethoven wrote this for his piano student Elise like a confession about his love, that's why the first part is easy to medium because Elise is not very good at piano, but sadly she never accepted and played it.
