Belief Decision Making guide:

The current problem is that Facebooks owner Mark Zuckerburg wants to expand Facebook into China to help complete his goal of connecting the world. He is having trouble trying to complete this goal because Facebook is banned in China because Facebook doesn't comply with Chinas censorship and surveillance rule. The stake holders are Facebook and the Chinese government because Facebook is trying to bring its app to China, but their rules don't allow it. Some of the relevant factors that positively effect this problem are Chinas internet users' population is going to give Facebook more internet users as well as increasing ad revenue for Facebook, also it will connect billions around the world. Some relevant factors that negatively affect the problem are China has a censorship rule that is the main problem that Facebook is facing when trying to expand into China and if China allows Facebook, they will lose power because their communist economy thrives off controlling the information that citizens have access to. Another factor is Facebook receiving backlash from human rights groups by following Chinas rules. I think that Facebook could implement a version of Facebook that follows Chinas rules as a test app and as the relationship of China and Facebook gets better, they could try and implement the regular version of the app.
