1. Apa bahan utama kaos ini?

Kaos kami menggunakan 100% cotton 24s premium yang lembut, breathable, dan nyaman di kulit. Kualitas bahan ini membuat kaos terasa ringan, tidak panas, dan tahan lama meski sering dicuci.

Our t-shirts are made from 100% premium 24s cotton, which is soft, breathable, and comfortable on the skin. This high-quality fabric makes the t-shirt feel light, cool, and durable, even after multiple washes.

2. Apakah sablon yang digunakan cepat luntur?

Does the print fade quickly?

Tidak! Kami menggunakan teknik sablon DTF (Direct to Film) premium yang dikenal awet, tidak mudah rusak, dan bisa tahan lama meski sering dicuci atau disetrika.

Not at all! We use premium Direct to Film (DTF) printing, which is known for its durability. It’s resistant to damage and can last a long time, even with frequent washing and ironing.

3. Bagaimana cara pemesanan kaos ini?

How do I place an order for this t-shirt?

Kami menggunakan sistem pre-order dengan durasi pemrosesan 1-3 hari. Setelah itu, pesanan Anda akan segera dikirim. Untuk melakukan pemesanan, cukup kunjungi platform penjualan kami dan ikuti langkah-langkah pemesanan.

4. Apa metode pembayaran yang tersedia?

Kami menyediakan metode pembayaran yang fleksibel, bisa melalui BRI, OVO, Dana, dan GoPay. Pilih yang paling nyaman untuk Anda!

5. Apakah bisa COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

Saat ini, kami hanya melayani COD di area Yogyakarta saja.

Currently, we only offer COD within the Yogyakarta area.

6. Apakah size extra besar dikenakan tambahan biaya?

Is there an extra charge for larger sizes?

Untuk size diatas XL dikenakan tambahan biaya. untuk XXL dikenakan tambahan biaya sebesar Rp.5000,- dan XXXL dikenakan tambahan biaya sebesar Rp.10.000,-

Yes, there is an additional charge for sizes above XL. For XXL, there’s an additional fee of Rp.5,000, and for XXXL, the additional fee is Rp.10,000.

7. Bagaimana cara merawat kaos agar awet?

How do I take care of the t-shirt to keep it in good condition?

Agar kaos tetap awet, ikuti langkah-langkah perawatan berikut:

- Balik kaos sebelum dicuci dan disetrika.

- Gunakan suhu air dingin atau sedang saat mencuci.

- Hindari pemakaian pemutih atau bahan kimia keras.

- Jemur di tempat yang tidak terkena sinar matahari langsung untuk menjaga warna tetap cerah.

   - Use cold or lukewarm water when washing.
