NitroRush ("the app," "we," "our," or "us") is an offline mobile game developed by the publisher listed on the Google Play store page. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how it is stored, and what your rights are. By installing or playing NitroRush you agree to the practices described below.
NitroRush does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data with us or with any third party.
The app does not have an account system, does not log in to any backend service, and does not contact any server we operate. There is no telemetry, no analytics SDK, and no advertising SDK in the current release.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it:
Game progress: high score, best distance, run history
In-game currency: coins, gems, event tokens
Achievements you have unlocked
Garage state: cars owned, upgrades applied, customizations equipped
Quest pass progress and weekly XP
Settings: audio volume, haptics toggle, control style, visual quality, color-blind mode
Pilot profile: a callsign you choose and a badge color
Daily streak counter and daily wheel claim timestamp
A short replay of your best run (used to show a translucent "ghost car" in subsequent runs)
This data is persisted using standard Android on-device storage (SharedPreferences and a local SQLite database). It is sandboxed to the app on your device, is wiped when you uninstall the app, and is never transmitted anywhere by us.
NitroRush requests the minimum permissions required by the platform. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, calendar, call logs, SMS, or any other sensitive data source. It does not request internet access for itself.
The current release does not include analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. If a future release adds any of these, this policy will be updated to enumerate the specific services, the data they collect, and links to their own privacy policies. The "last updated" date at the top of this policy will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance.
NitroRush is appropriate for general audiences. Because the app does not collect any personal data, no special protections under COPPA (United States) or GDPR-K (European Union) apply. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age.
Because no data leaves your device, you can exercise the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and the CCPA "right to delete" by either:
Opening NitroRush, going to Settings → Reset All Progress, and confirming. This wipes every value listed in section 1.
Or simply uninstalling the app from your device.
There is no remote copy of your data for us to delete. We hold no information about you.
The current release of NitroRush does not include in-app purchases. Coins, gems, achievements, and cosmetic items earned in NitroRush have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be reset by the user at any time via the in-app reset option. They cannot be exchanged for cash, currency, or goods.
The app does not embed any third-party services. The Google Play Store itself handles the install, update, and uninstall events according to Google's own privacy policy, which is independent of this one and available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
This policy may be revised. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the next app release. You are encouraged to check this policy periodically.
