Windows Components  =>  Remote Desktop Services  =>  Remote Desktop Session Host  =>  Session Time Limits

Local admin

Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Restricted Groups

Right Click on the right panel and select Add Group
