Nitin Sahay is one of the best managers that I have had opportunity to work with. While going through his profile I saw some projects, those are very few in numbers, he initiated a lot more projects that he has included in his profile- some of them were- ESCALATE- A model to reduce the number of escalations to the least and a separate team to handle the escalations, this increased the operations capacity to the maximum and the escalation team created a central reservoir to manage the communication effectively (Like COE- Center of excellence team). He also invented Internal Role Progression (IRP) in liaison with HR to motivate the deserving candidates by giving them an opportunity to stage their talent in new roles and environment. There are N number of other examples of how he developed leadership qualities amongst all the resources reporting to him or were a part of the processes he was managing.
I wish him best of luck for all his work in progress projects and future endeavors.
