Research Methodology

Dr. Nitin Goyal is currently working as a faculty in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh, Haryana, India (Indian Government). He is PhD in Computer Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, India. He is specialized in underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSN), having applications of military operations. He obtained his B.Tech in 2007 and M.Tech in 2009 from Computer Science and Engineering under Kurukshetra University, India. He is a GATE, HTET and UGC-NET qualifier too. He has attended many workshops and FDPs around the Globe. He has around 16 years of teaching experience along with Academic work. He has published approximately 175 research papers, out of which 90 are SCI indexed, 15 are SCOPUS, 15 are book chapters, and 40 are conference papers. He has filed around 30 patents, out of which 20 are awarded and 10 are published. Also, he is the editor of 4 books from different publishers as IGI Global, CRC Press, IIP Proceedings, Cambridge Publishers. He is also handling 1 AICTE funded project.

He has guided 12 M.Tech candidates and 6 PhD candidates. He has also delivered 18 expert lectures and keynote speech on NS2, Paper Writing, Patents Filing, UWSN, IPR, Innovation and Entrepreneurship etc. He has chaired the sessions in reputed conferences like SCIS-2020 by SPRINGER, MRCN-2021 by SPRINGER, ADSSS-2022 by AIP, IC-A2CMR 2022, ICSC at Vietnam. His research interests include UWSN, ML, DL, IoT and WSN. He has been a Senior Member of IEEE and IAENG Lifetime Member. He has been the Guest Editor of SCI/SCOPUS indexed reputed Journals from SAGE and MDPI publications. He is in the reviewer panel, and editorial board member for many journals of repute like CMC, Techscience.
