Hello!
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Economics program in the Social Science Division at New York University Abu Dhabi. I am also the South and South East Asia Coordinator at the World Inequality Lab. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics (PSE) & University of Namur in September 2022.
My research interests include Applied Microeconomics and Economic History. In Applied Microeconomics, I currently study inequalities in access to the justice system, particularly in the contexts of pretrial detention, judicial bias, and prison overcrowding. The second area of my study deals with understanding the development of educational systems and their linkage with economic growth and inequality in the long run.
I will be joining in UWA Business School at The University of Western Australia from next semester!
