NIS Print Editor ("NIS Print Editor", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the NIS Print Editor Android application handles information, files, and device-related data when you use the app.
NIS Print Editor allows you to select and work with content such as:
Photos and images
PDF files
Documents and other files supported by the Android file/media selection system
Text entered by you
Print projects and project settings
The app accesses files and content when you explicitly select or import them for editing, arranging, cropping, printing, sharing, or exporting.
We do not intentionally collect the contents of your selected photos, documents, PDFs, or project files for our own remote database or account system.
NIS Print Editor can save your editable projects locally on your device so that you can close the app and continue your work later.
Project information may include:
Project name
Page and paper settings
Element position and size
Text and text formatting
Image/PDF references
Crop and layout settings
Other information required to restore your project
Project data is stored in the app's local storage on your device.
NIS Print Editor does not provide an online account or cloud project-storage service.
When you choose a photo, document, or PDF using Android's available selection mechanisms, NIS Print Editor may access the selected content to provide the functionality you requested, including editing, cropping, arranging, previewing, exporting, sharing, and printing.
The app does not intentionally upload your selected documents, photos, or PDFs to our own servers.
Please note that when you choose to share, export, print, or otherwise send content to another application or service, the selected content may be transferred to that application or service according to your action and that service's own privacy policy.
NIS Print Editor uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process certain information for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and maintaining the functionality and integrity of advertising services.
Depending on the configuration and applicable Google services, this may include information such as:
IP address
Advertising or other device identifiers
App and user interaction information, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
Diagnostic and performance information
Other information required by Google Mobile Ads services
Google states that data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Third-party services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the applicable third-party privacy policies.
Depending on the Android version and the action you perform, the app may request or use permissions or system access related to:
Internet access for advertising services
Access to user-selected photos/media or files
Access required to perform requested export, sharing, or printing operations
NIS Print Editor uses selected content for the functionality requested by the user.
The app does not intentionally access unrelated personal files merely because they exist on your device.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not operate an online service that collects your project files, photos, or PDFs for advertising or marketing purposes.
However, information may be processed or shared by third-party service providers when required for their services, including Google Mobile Ads for advertising-related purposes as described above.
When you explicitly use Android's sharing, printing, or export functionality to send content to another application or service, that content may be provided to the destination application or service selected by you.
Project data stored by NIS Print Editor is stored locally within the app's storage on your device.
For data processed by Google Mobile Ads, Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should also protect your device using appropriate device-level security measures.
Locally stored projects remain on your device until you delete them through the app, remove the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android's storage behavior.
NIS Print Editor does not maintain a separate online account containing your project files.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is subject to those services' respective retention and deletion practices and policies.
NIS Print Editor is a general-purpose productivity and printing application. It is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of maintaining user accounts or profiles.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's functionality, advertising services, permissions, or data practices change.
The updated version will be made available through the app and the published Privacy Policy page. The effective date at the top of this policy will indicate when the policy was last updated.
