X-1 Pogress Report. (On schedule this time.)
I'm on time! Yaaay! I didn't completely forget. Now, the next update isn't getting released right now, I'm actually going to submit it a little later in the day, so It's not getting approved until tomorrow, more than likely. Regardless, I am happy to share my progress on:
**The Nishio X-1**
Progress this week is definitly more, and I actually had less spare time, which is impressive. I did some guage work. They used to say '10, 20, 30, ECT." I changed that to "20, 40, 60, ECT." Because it just makes sense with how fast the car is. The trim work was definitly painful, but because I got the break, It didn't feel too bad. Now, for anyone looking, it may not look like a big change, but one triangle can take a long time to place if it's in too akward of a spot. Anyway, that's the end of this post. Until the next one!

Nishio Apex S1 Addition And News.
Ah, yes, a new car! Yeah, it's kinda just banking off the completeness of the Apex, but the point wasn't exactly to go crazy with detail. Either way, I introduce:
**Apex #1098**
Yup, I'm using a pan number as the key identifier. It was ment to be a generic kind of average for a modded Apex, so I didn't give it a cool nickname. Now, as for features, it's got something like an extra 30 to 40 extra horse power, but don't quote me. I intentionally made it quarky, just like you would expect from a car owned by someone that's a bit younger who doesn't have the funds for professional help . It's not bad, and is actually plenty faster than a stock Apex S1, so I would say the quarks are worth it. Now, this isn't the only announcement for today, so on to the:
**News**
I'm going to probably do breaks like this regularly, just to ease the grind. After messing with the Nishio and doing the more entertaining stuff, I feel ready to sink a good couple hours into the X-1, So I would be willing to say that car variants will probably become a regular part of my workflow. Yeah, It's time spent, but I think this will make me dread interior work a little less, so I'll do more of it. Either way, That's the end of the devblog, so until Monday, everyone.

I'm late... Again.
Yup, I know, I know. I swear, I'll get it out on time next week. To be fair to myself, things were a little crazy yesterday, but still, should have posted something.
**News on the X-1**
When the update for the X-1 is out, I think everyone will see that not much changed again. I got guages, and some nice ones at that, but that's the only big change. Mainly, the issue is burnout. Here's my plan. The next X-1 update will be out around or on monday next week, but There will likely be a update before then adding a new Apex. I think I'm going to do a bodykit and engine for the Apex. It's complete, so it won't just be me spending 3-4 hours on interior lining. As for how to make this fit the company story aspect that I've been crafting, I might make a used car section where modified versions like this will be available. Heck, that section might be formed and preped by the time you see this. Now, with this news, you might be wondering, what are the:
**Plans for the X-1 and future projects**
As for what's next for the X-1, Interior lining. The cabin area is huge on this thing... I hate it. I hate it because of how long this will make the process take. Anyway, I'm feeling like I've also got some more cluster stuff left. I don't think I have enough indicators, but I might be wrong because it is the mid 60's. As for future projects, I don't know, But I got a plan. what I'll do is simply layout a timeline for what was happening with the company in different eras. Here's what I think It should look like. 1946, The company opens (Obviously). from here until maybe 1955, the company is small, mainly making compacts. Think japanese Piccolina. After this, they manage to get a foot hold in the sportscar market, and practically ditch compacts, making maybe one every 10-ish years from now on. 65 hits and you get the X seires of cars and it helps push the company forwards. These would come out often I think. the 70's hit and I think it would be funny if the company just has a straight up identity crisis. Maybe they just fail as a company and I throw quality sliders low. I'll say it's because of a change in management, IDK. In the 80's, They come back and get there brand name back, and maybe go a little crazy with there designs and features. 90's hit and money gets short from the flop of the Apex, so more compacts get made than usual. by 95, they recover and are pretty normal again until 2010, where they get into supercars. 2020 will be the cap I think, because that's where the game calls it. Anyway, this will probably be the basis for the timeline, and everything will be pinned on this, with the details for how that car affected things being posted with the car itself. Again, I don't know, But this is probably a good guess of my plan. Anyway, Enjoy the new X-1 update.

I didn't forget! (Barely)
Hello! I know nobody will believe the date is right, but it is! I'm posting at the end of the day today, so that's why you may not have seen it on the 27th. For the car though, It will be late and I can't deny that. Anyway, before we start, If you are new here and decide you want to enter the testing faze of the project I'll be discussing here, then click the button at the top. I think that will be there whenever I have a project like this going, just for ease of navigation. now, Intro and exuces out of the way, let's start with an:
**Important Announcement**
I need you're help! I don't know where to go with the interior. Looking at the interior of other 65' japanese cars, I can't tell if I'm done adding features. I think I am (Minus guages), But I'm not sure. 60's interiors just seem really basic from what I saw, but I'm not sure whether I'm right or wrong, so I'm asking for a little help. Here is a link to a forum, but you could also say something by posting a reveiw on the actual BeamNG website. Regardless, on to some:
**Special News**
When the new version of the X-1 is posted, you will probably notice a color change on the interior. Well, a person close to me is now on board and has helped bring a bit more taste to the color scheme. Now, the old look was good, but I really love the new colors. They've been working with color for a long time in there hobby, and it shows well here. The whole interior really shines now, and I hope you agree. Now, I would mention them by a recognizable online name, but they are not even remotely involved with the BeamNG drive community, so they don't have a name here, and I don't feel comfortable giving a real name out. For now, I think I'll just leave it as nothing, and I'll probably ask what I should call them here. Anyway, that was it, and I hope this was engaging. Until my next post, which probably won't be on monday like I planned.

Early post for the X - 1
Yup, it's up already. I posted a early access type thing for the X - 1. You may not be able to veiw it yet, but it's being approved as I type this. I also took a photo for everyone to see. It's lower resolution because I wasn't in the mood to change my settings, then need to change them back, but here it is!
Here's a link that may not work yet: https://www.beamng.com/resources/nishio-x-1-testing-release.23018/
The interior is defiinitly not done. I don't really like the seats and I don't know how to fill the massive rear because it only has 2 seats... So that would be most contested. Anyway, I like the headlights because this seams like what they would do. It's cheaper, but still feels a bit sleek. Plus, It looks like pop-ups, and pop-ups are awesome. Regardless, this will be it for a little bit, and you know what, I'll still make a post monday. I said I would, so why not?

Introducing: The Nishio X - 1
Yay! I started it. I know, I keep myself busy. I've just started to work on it and there's nothing to really show yet. I'll be posting the early access model next Monday for everyone to see, and updates for it will probably be on Mondays as well. Anyway, that's all I wanted to share for now, so until next monday, more than likely.

First Entry!!
Hello, and welcome to a completely unnessecry devblog I'm starting. I just wanted a spot to share a few ideas and explain my future plans that wouldn't clutter more important things, and this seems like a good spot. For the first topic i'll talk about first:
**My Future Plans**
First things first, I want to expand Nishio as a fictional company and just keep adding until I can't. It's my first 'successful' automation project, and while dreadful to make, I can't help but enjoy what's coming out of it. The Nisho Apex is the first car I've built to such an extreme level of quality. There are features none of you wil ever hear about because they were to small to even note. As for how I'll expand, I wnat a flagship sports car line-up. I was think the first one would be like a BMW M1 but japanese. I'm definitly going to reuse a name scheme from a campaign I ran, The X seires. It's simple, The first one is X1, then the second is X2, then X3, and so on. I think it's simple but effective. Now I think I should explain:
**The Site**
Why on earth do I need a full-blown site? Simple! I don't, It just gives me more to do. Why do you think I spent so long on the Apex? I like to do things like this. I find it highly engaging to just dump hours into something with my favorite songs on. One nice thing that is actually nice about a site though is that I can add all my projects here. It would make navigation of everything easier for people who want to follow this mammoth of a project. I could just post all my stuff here and people could just view it with no crazy navigating on the BeamNG websites. Yes, I know, I only have a bit over 1750 downloads, and most won't care more than likely, but I think it's fun to add more to the managment end. Anyway, If you read all of this, then thank you, and I'll see you in the next update on all of the development stuff.
