Hi, I'm Nisarga Gondi, a MS in AI Engineering + Information Security student. As a dedicated Machine Learning and Security enthusiast, I am committed to advancing technologies that drive meaningful, positive change. I believe in the potential of innovation to solve complex global challenges - empowering communities, promoting sustainable development, and supporting impactful causes. My mission is to develop solutions that not only enhance security and connectivity but also contribute to a world where technological progress benefits both people and the planet.
My interest in helping communities comes from my Dad, being a political leader his intention has always been to help the people through his ideas of development and he has always fought for the right things.
When I came across the 17 Global Goals introduced by the World Leaders, I decided to contribute to them as much as possible and whenever I could. With the same intention, I'm encouraged to create such organizations in the future to make this world much better.
I’ve always been inspired by YouTubers like Mr. Beast, a renowned content creator and philanthropist, and Mark Rober, a former NASA scientist, who dedicate their platforms to making a positive impact on the world. Their passion for environmental care and their innovative approaches to addressing global issues have motivated me to contribute to preserving our planet. It feels especially meaningful to me, as my name, Nisarga, translates to “Nature” and “Environment” in Kannada. This connection has deepened my sense of responsibility and commitment to developing solutions that keep our environment safe and sustainable for future generations.
My interest in cosmology and rocket science started with Neil Degrasse Tyson's Star Talk, and then with the famous Book: "Pale Blue Dot: A Vision of the Human Future in Space" by Karl Sagan. Not only did it mesmerize me with the mystery of the universe but also intrigued me to protect this planet more than ever. From the time Reusable rockets by SpaceX caught my eye, I have been watching the live streams of SpaceX's launches and cheering for them ever since.
I got into Singularity the Astronomy Club of BMSCE with over 500 members and counting, where I worked for 2 years as Junior and Senior Coordinator conducting and ideating many events, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with the Indian Space Organization (ISRO), Association of Bangalore Amateur Astronomers (ABAA), Bangalore Astronomical Society (BAS).
We created the First Radio Telescope for BMSCE,
● Receive funding of 20,000 Rs/- (250 $) from B.M.S College of Engineering.
● Tested the telescope on various occasions such as Zero Shadow Day and were published in local newspapers.
Yes Theory has been a huge source of inspiration for me, especially during the difficult days of COVID. Their message pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and connect with others, even when I saw myself as a true introvert. They taught me that with determination and meaningful connections, we can overcome our limits and accomplish remarkable things. Their journey and outlook on life made me stronger in my life, I lost most of my stage fear, gained the confidence to talk with strangers, and to make better connections.
That's about me, please go through my projects on Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cybersecurity to understand my technical skills in depth.
