About Sadie

Sadie is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping clients restore balance, relieve stress, and enhance their overall well-being.  After earning her massage therapy license in 2025, she completed her massage therapy education at Nirvana Massage Academy in Russellville and is proud to serve the Russellville community.  

In addition to her massage therapy training, Sadie holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology.  She also competed in collegiate athletics for four years, giving her a deeper understanding of the body's movement, recovery, and performance.  This combination of education, athletic experience, and hands-on training allows her to provide thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each clients unique needs.
