To add new credits, press the red plus(+) button at the bottom of the main screen. You must provide person's name (who takes credit from you), item of credit ("cash" by default), quantity of the selected item, and date on which credit was given by you.
Paid field is optional, you can add it later after the person pays you.
To view list of credit takers, go to Records section from the Records icon available in the bottom tab navigation in the main screen.
To add new items or tags that usually goes out in credit, go to: Menu(press the menu icon in the left-top corner to open the side navigation drawer from the left) > Settings >Item Settings.
Try adding those items which usually goes out in credit. "Cash" is the default item. If you don't own any business, the default item will do the work for your personal credits. To add new item you must provide the item's name [eg. tea, milk, veg momo, sugar, iphone 6s, golden seat ticket], item's measuring unit [eg. cup, litre, piece, bundle, dozen, kg, packet, plate], and the item's rate i.e. price of the item per measuring unit[eg. "10" -> for 1 cup of tea "30" -> for 1 litre milk].
Remember the rate should only consist the numbers not the alphabets.
On List view you can click a person's name to see his/her credit details. On personal details screen you can long click any entry to see, if any, hidden content.
To add credits(-) or debits(+) on already existing person's account, press the plus button available in the top bar in the personal details screen.
Summary section or Home provides you the information about the total credits, total debits, number of credit takers and credits on each items.
Go to settings to:
- View your total balance dues.
- Change the name of your note book.
- Sort the order of the credit list.
- Switch whether to remind you about the excessive dues of persons or not.
- Change your currency code.
