Terms of Service

A. GENERAL TERMS

• Characters will be drawn in my art style. Please do not ask me to mimic another artist’s style.

• Communication through social media DM or e-mail only.

• For Commercial Commission, please read point D.II. about "Commercial Commission Usage Policy" and contact me beforehand.

B. PROCESS

• The maximum amount of minor revisions allowed is 2 times on the colored sketch. Revisions beyond the maximum limit will be charged IDR 25k/$5 per additional revision.

• The process takes 4 to 14 days per queue.

• I will regularly report the work's updates to the Client.

• I will specify the completion date and be obliged to complete the work no later than the selected date.

• The work result will be sent to the Client by the specified date in JPG and PNG format through e-mail.

C. PAYMENT

• 100% Payment upfront after the sketch received by Client.

• Payment method available: Paypal (USD) & QRIS (IDR)

• The payment is NOT refundable after the work is received by the Client.

D. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• Client MUST give proper credit to the Artist whenever publishing the work made by the Artist.

• The Artist holds the COPYRIGHT and the Client is granted the RIGHTS OF USE of the work without violating the Terms of Service and obligations of both parties.

D.I. PERSONAL COMMISSION

• Client is NOT allowed to EDIT, COPY, or SELL personal commission work in any form.

D.II. COMMERCIAL COMMISSION

• Client will get a "Commercial License" Document that especially grants the RIGHTS OF USE for commercial use/purposes to the Client.

• Client will be allowed to EDIT, COPY, and SELL the work without violating the limitations that are stated on the "Commercial License" Document.

E. CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY

• Client MAY ONLY cancel the order before I send the sketch.

• I have the right to decline your order if the queue is full or your order is beyond my capability.

• I am obligated to return client funds if I deliver the work later than the specified date on the Invoice.

• Refund does not apply on a highly tight deadline⁽¹⁾ and overdue caused by additional requests or revision.

• I am obligated to return 100% of client funds if I cancel the work. The refund fee will be 10% per additional day(s).

e.g: Supposing due on 5 May, but delivered on 8 May. The client has rights to 20% of the funds.

Please note that it took me at least 4 days to finish 1 illustration.

F. PRIVACY

Artist and Client are NOT allowed to share and misuse any personal information shared by both parties and that contained in documents issued by the Artist.
