The Department of Basic Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh built the Nipun Lakshya App as a free android application. This SERVICE is provided by the Department of Basic Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh at no cost and is intended for use as is. Please refer this page "Government Authorisation letter" which elucidates the authorisation and approval by Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh, and stating app objectives.

Privacy Policy - Introduction

This document is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. The Nipun Lakshya App collects information based on the use of the app, like when the child gives a math assessment. This information includes:

• app log information to be used in case of app crashes, and usage statistics events

• information from assessments conducted through the application, for eg. while using the application, the grade & subject selected for assessment, performance on questions tested, and the final performance will be recorded

The app does use third party services that do not collect any personally identifiable information.
