We take for granted what other struggle to get
Unspeakable suffering IS avoidable.
24 hours without fresh water, and we're in trouble. Even less, if the water is unsafe, with diseases.
In 2017, we started a program of Water for Liberia, where we sourced water elsewhere in Liberia and organised distribution to remote villages that had none.
In 2019, we expanded to Wells for Liberia to teach communities to dig their own wells, reducing their dependence, increase their self-reliance, and enable us to send the water resources to other, more challenging communities.
We are seeking partners, sponsors, and donations to kick off Health for Liberia to do the same thing, but with basic medicines like antibiotics and malaria treatments. Volunteer or Donate now and save lives!
Seeds, water, and sunshine are 99% of what is needed for free food, forever.
In 2018, we shipped our first pallets of food
Infection, poor sanitation, and deficiencies are the preventable cause of some 90% of the death and illness in Africa.
In 2018, we organised three visits into each of ten villages, with a travelling team with a doctor, two nurses, and a chest of basic medical supplies. Over 250 people were treated and are measurably healthier than before!
In 2023, we procured land in Gbarwu, where we broke ground for a new, permanent medical facility, the first within 100 km! We still need help in building, staffing, and supplying this hospital, so donate transportation, materials or funds now.
