Welcome to **NioSky Weather** ("the App"), developed and operated by **Votu Studio** ("we", "us", or "our").Â

### 1. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NioSky Weather on compatible Android devices for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

### 2. Meteorological Data & Safety Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
- **Informational Use Only**: All weather forecasts, radar tile imagery, precipitation telemetry, severe weather advisories, UV indices, and air quality metrics provided by NioSky Weather are generated using automated models and third-party data sources. They are provided for **general informational and daily planning purposes only**.
- **No Reliance for Life Safety**: Weather conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. **Do NOT rely solely on this App for critical life-safety decisions, emergency evacuation planning, maritime navigation, aviation, or high-risk outdoor activities.**
- **Official Sources Take Precedence**: In the event of extreme weather alerts, always follow instructions issued by local civil protection authorities, government emergency services, and your national meteorological agency. We assume no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from inaccurate or delayed weather data.

### 3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (NioSky Pro)
- **Billing & Management**: All subscriptions (including monthly and annual plans) and digital purchases are billed through **Google Play In-App Billing** and are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
- **Auto-Renewal**: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your **Google Play Store Account Settings > Payments & subscriptions**.
- **Refunds**: All payment transactions and refund requests are processed exclusively through Google Play in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.

### 4. Third-Party Services & Advertising
NioSky Weather may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and integrate third-party mapping or weather APIs. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or content displayed through external advertisements or linked websites.

All rights, title, and interest in and to NioSky Weather, including but not limited to UI designs, logos, software code, radar visualizations, and branding, are the exclusive property of Votu Studio and its licensors.
